This beautiful townhouse is located on the canals, in the heart of Sunshine Cove, Maroochydore and is the perfect place to sit back and watch the world go by. 

Our clients brief was to connect the interior to the exterior, with natural tones and sharp lines. There was a 2-meter height different, so this small courtyard has been spread over three levels to maximise the space. Level One is the entertainment area with composite decking and a fully tiled pool, there is a staircase leading to level two which doubles as a pump room for all pool equipment (pool filtration, heater etc.). Level two is kid friendly zone with artificial grass for low maintenance, stairs lead off to level three which is where the clients can access the gorgeous canal.
